Hello prospective applicants. Thank you for your interest in working for Costume Alibi. We are currently hiring for seasonal Customer Service Staff, with a potential for a permanent position, and seasonal Warehouse stocker, pickers and packers.


Warehouse

The warehouse position is available immediately and will terminate on or about October 31, 2010. The starting pay is $8.00/hr. Duties include receiving and stocking incoming shipments, and picking and packing new orders. Our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Monday - Sunday. Full time positions available during those hours.

Qualifications: Applicants must have excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must. Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and work on their feet for 8 hours a day.

Customer Service

The customer service position is available immediately and will terminate on or about October 31, 2010 unless the manager provides a written offer of a long-term contract. The starting pay is $10/hr. Duties include answering questions by email and phone, processing returned merchandise for credit, and operating various software associated with our order processor. Our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Monday - Sunday. Full time positions available during those hours.

Qualifications: Applicants must be able to proficiently navigate internet sites and possess good communication skills with our customers. Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

Instructions: Interested applicants should stop by our warehouse between 10:30am and 4pm to take an aptitude test. The test will be 30-60 minutes depending on how fast you are. No appointment necessary. Our address is 1701 N. Curry Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404. Our company logo is on the side of the warehouse building. If you are going North on Curry Pike, take the first left as soon as you pass the Vernal Pike intersection. If you are going South on Curry Pike, take the first right immediately BEFORE you get to the Vernal Pike intersection. A sign that reads: '1801' is posted at the entrance. That belongs to our neighbor: Baxter pharmaceuticals. We are at 1701. If you are able to get to our warehouse at the instructed times without calling for further instructions, you've passed the first part of the aptitude test.
